El puesto de Becario en Administración y Finanzas es un rol de aprendizaje y desarrollo en cualquier organización. Responsabilidades

Gestión documental y administrativa

  • Apoyar en la tramitación de documentos y comunicaciones internas y externas.
  • Colaborar en la elaboración de documentos a partir de instrucciones, información recopilada o necesidades detectadas.
  • Clasificar, registrar y archivar documentación siguiendo los criterios y procedimientos de la empresa.

Apoyo a la mejora de procesos

  • Participar en el análisis de información para identificar necesidades administrativas o de gestión.
  • Contribuir con propuestas orientadas a optimizar la eficiencia de los procesos administrativos.

Área contable, financiera y fiscal

  • Asistir en tareas de gestión contable y fiscal conforme a la normativa vigente.
  • Apoyar en el control de tesorería, análisis de recursos financieros y evaluación de proyectos de inversión.

Gestión administrativa de personal

  • Colaborar en la organización y supervisión de la gestión administrativa del personal, según la normativa laboral y los procedimientos internos.

Área comercial y atención al cliente

  • Brindar apoyo en los procesos administrativos del área comercial: documentación, relación con proveedores, negociación básica y soporte al cliente.
  • Atención a clientes y usuarios, garantizando los estándares de calidad y la imagen corporativa.

Relación con organismos públicos

  • Ayudar en la presentación y gestión de documentación ante administraciones y organismos públicos, asegurando cumplimiento de plazos y requisitos.

Adaptación y resolución de problemas

  • Mantenerse al día en conocimientos técnicos y tecnológicos.
  • Colaborar en la resolución de incidencias con autonomía, iniciativa y creatividad.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Con un buen nivel de inglés y una marcada orientación al cliente, el perfil ideal cuenta con bases sólidas en contabilidad y una comprensión esencial de los principios fiscales. Caracterizado por la proactividad, la curiosidad y el deseo de aprender, este perfil se integra con facilidad en entornos dinámicos donde la adaptabilidad, la iniciativa y la implicación son fundamentales.
