VHIR is offering two Cardiovascular Clinical Investigator positions in the Cath Lab Unit and Cardiology Service.

Education and qualifications:

Required:

  • Medical Degree

  • Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English (professional proficiency)

  • Clinical cardiology training



Experience and knowledge:Required:

  • At least 10 years of experience working in Cath Lab

  • Problem-solving abilities

  • Experience in managing databases

  • Experience in actively identifying potential candidates for inclusion in clinical trials

  • A proactive attitude

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic team environment

Desired:

  • Knowledge of the field of clinical trials

  • IT skills: electronic medical records and other nursing record-keeping software

  • Participation in research groups and networks

Main responsibilities and duties:

  • Support cardiologists' tasks in Cath Lab required in the IMPROVE project (IMPROVE_IHI-CALL3-2023)

Labour conditions:

  • Full-time/Part-time position: 10h/week

  • Starting date: immediate

  • Gross annual salary: Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale

  • Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities
