Job Overview

We are strengthening the Partnerships division and we are looking for a Supplier Optimization Specialist  to join the Supplier Relations team and help us provide an excellent service to the Sellers in our marketplace.

Location: Mallorca or Madrid

Employment Type: Full-time

What You'll Do

  • Monitoring and troubleshooting supplier connections to ensure data flows reliably, quickly resolving any technical problems that arise.
  • Reviewing and upgrading how supplier systems connect to identify and implement better ways to organize data, keep the connection stable, and process messages.
  • Strong technical understanding of data types like XML and JSON to efficiently manage and check data accuracy when transforming it between systems.
  • Using performance data to offer practical suggestions on how to improve the overall quality of integrations, identifying where things are slowing down and turning those measurements into clear actions.
  • Improving the speed and reliability of specific connections, focusing on how fast data loads (latency), the volume of data handled, and reducing errors.

What You Bring

  • You'll have a technical background with experience in XML technical optimization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: you must be able to foster strong relationships with key business partners.
  • Proactivity and the ability to propose technical solutions as quickly as possible.
  • Ability to work with different  teams, often remote (Partnerships, Engineering, Billing, etc.).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Analytical skills and critical thinking.
  • Enjoy working in an organized manner.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and working proficiency in English a MUST 
  • Experience in travel tech/hotel distribution highly appreciated
