We're looking for a
Customer Support & Technical Specialist
who can connect empathy, technology, and precision — ensuring every user, from institutions to families, feels supported and empowered.
What You'll Do
Be the voice of SincroLab.
Respond to users via HubSpot, email, or chat.
Manage technical incidents.
Record, categorize, and follow up on issues through
HubSpot Service Hub
.
Optimize workflows.
Maintain and improve
HubSpot automations
for tickets and customer service.
Bridge product and tech.
Collaborate with dev teams to diagnose and resolve complex cases.
Build knowledge.
Create and update FAQs, guides, and video tutorials for users.
Monitor experience.
Detect patterns and propose product or UX improvements.
Support onboarding.
Assist clients in implementing new versions and features.
Ensure data integrity.
Keep CRM dashboards and pipelines accurate and consistent.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Proven hands-on experience with
HubSpot CRM
(mandatory).
- 1+ year of experience in
Customer Support / Technical Assistance
.
- Experience managing
tickets and automations
in
HubSpot Service Hub
.
- Excellent
communication and problem-solving
skills.
- Empathetic, proactive, and organized, with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Intermediate English
(especially written).
Nice to Have:
- Basic understanding of
web and mobile technologies
(React, Flutter, REST APIs…).
- Experience in
startups or tech-driven environments
.
- Familiarity with
Google Workspace, Typeform, Meta Business
, or similar tools.
