Marketing Internship within Recruitment Company

We are looking for ambitious and career-driven Marketing students for an exciting Internship opportunity in a fast-growing international recruitment agency As a Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing team in various tasks and projects. What you will be doing as a Marketing Intern:

• Content Creation:
  • Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and more.
  • Conduct research to gather information and data for content development.
  • Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and style.
• Social Media Management:
  • Help manage and schedule social media posts on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments or messages as needed.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Email Marketing:
  • Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Segment email lists and help with A/B testing to optimize email content and delivery.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing email campaign performance.
• Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Summarize research findings and present insights to the marketing team.
• SEO Optimization:
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize website content for search engines.
  • Assist in keyword research and on-page SEO improvements.
• Graphic Design:
  • Create and edit visual content for marketing materials, including graphics, infographics, and images for social media and web use.
• Analytics and Reporting:
  • Gather and analyze marketing data and metrics from various platforms.
  • Generate regular reports to track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall company objectives.

 To be successful in this role you

• Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) + Canva.
• Aware of trends within Social Media 
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software, analytics tools).
• You must be able to work from one of our offices during the internship
• You are available to work 3-6 months in a full-time internship position
