YOUR IMPACT

As a Solutions Consultant – ITSM& Discovery, you will play a pivotal role in driving OpenText's Observability& Service Management (OSM) strategy across enterprise customers. Acting as a trusted advisor and presales leader, you'll guide organizations through IT operations transformation by showcasing how OpenText's ITSM, Discovery, and CMDB solutions deliver automation, visibility, and measurable business value.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• Serve as the principal solution advisor for key enterprise accounts, leading engagements in ITSM modernization, Discovery, and CMDB transformation.
• Conduct executive workshops to define customer roadmaps and demonstrate the ROI of OSM solutions.
• Design and deliver tailored presentations, demos, and proofs of concept (POCs) linking technology to business outcomes.
• Partner with sales leaders to define account strategies and shape winning proposals and RFP responses.
• Mentor and coach solution consultants to enhance presales excellence and storytelling quality.
• Act as a regional subject matter expert (SME) for ITSM and Discovery, supporting enablement and partner readiness.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Services to align innovation with customer needs.
• Represent OpenText OSM at industry events, webinars, and executive briefings as a thought leader.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• 3+ years inenterprise presales, solution consulting, or technical advisory roles focused on ITSM and Discovery/CMDB.
• Deep expertise in IT Service Management (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Knowledge) with ITIL 4, IT4IT, or SRE frameworks.
• Strong proficiency with Discovery& CMDB platforms
• Working knowledge of Observability, AIOps, and network management concepts.
• Proven success leading complex presales engagements and driving transformation outcomes.
• Excellent executive presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Ability to connect technical innovation with business value and influence CxO stakeholders.
• Certified or proficient in ITIL, IT4IT, or related frameworks.
