About The Role
We're looking for a Marketing & Content Specialist to own our content strategy and support our growth. You'll write thought leadership articles, manage our LinkedIn presence, and support event execution. This is a hybrid role (60% content creation, 40% marketing operations) working closely with our marketing and events teams.

What You'll Do.
Content Creation - Content & Editorial Excellence:

  • Deliver high-quality copy (LinkedIn, website, mailings, etc.) aligned with brand tone
  • Write thought leadership articles for LinkedIn
  • Create LinkedIn posts
  • Conduct interviews with founders, clients and industry experts
  • Research industry trends, data, and insights to inform content
  • Manage content calendar, maintain content pipeline, and ensure all deliverables are tracked.

Marketing Support

  • Write copy for lead magnets (landing pages, case studies, webinars…)
  • Support LinkedIn ad campaigns (ad copy, variants, performance tracking)
  • Create monthly performance reports (engagement, reach, conversions) and content recommendations
  • Write email sequences and newsletters
  • Track competitor content and identify opportunities

Event Support

  • Own and deliver all copy-related materials (landing pages, emails, agendas, signage, promotional content, speaker bios, etc.)
  • Live social media coverage during events
  • Post-event follow-up content and communications

Must-have
What we're looking for.

  • 2-4 year experience in content writing, copywriting or marketing
  • Portfolio with B2B content samples (articles, LinkedIn posts, blog posts)
  • LinkedIn expertise - you understand what drives engagement and thought leadership
  • Research skills - comfortable diving into complex topics and extracting insights
  • Self-starter - you take ownership, propose ideas, and don't need micromanaging
  • English fluency - impeccable writing with strong grammar
  • Analytics comfort - can interpret metrics and optimize based on data

Nice-to-have

  • Pharma, biotech, or healthcare writing experience
  • SEO knowledge
  • Event experience
