¿QUÉ HARÁS EN TU DÍA A DÍA?

  • What will you do?

  • Develop and execute multichannel strategies: Design and implement comprehensive content strategies that align brand messaging with customer experience, marketing initiatives, and broader business objectives.

  • Strategic and hands-on content creation: Work across both strategic planning and copywriting, maintaining a balance between high-level vision and practical execution to ensure content effectiveness.
  • Customer journey optimization: Create and adapt content for each stage of the customer journey—from awareness and interest to decision and action—maximizing engagement and conversions.
  • Compelling copywriting across formats: Write persuasive and engaging advertising scripts for multiple formats, including video, audio, digital, and print, ensuring consistent brand messaging that drives audience action.
  • Brand voice and tone consistency: Maintain a coherent and recognizable brand voice across all communications, ensuring every piece of content reflects the brand's personality and values.
  • Actionable storytelling from insights: Translate research and insights into impactful storytelling that connects strategy, creativity, and execution to achieve measurable results.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and content initiatives, fostering alignment and synergy across disciplines.
¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI?

  • Must-haves:

  • Extensive experience in content creation: 8+ years working as a content designer, copywriter, or in similar roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and content initiatives.

  • Language skills: Native-level Portuguese and a good command of English, enabling effective communication across teams and with clients.
  • 360º content strategy expertise: Demonstrated experience developing and executing comprehensive content strategies across both online and offline channels, ensuring brand consistency and impact at every touchpoint.
  • Multiformat content proficiency: Experience creating content across diverse formats, including video, print, digital, and performance marketing, adapting style and approach to each medium.
  • Strategic and tactical agility: Ability to move seamlessly between high-level strategic planning and hands-on tactical execution, ensuring that content initiatives are both well-conceived and effectively implemented.
  • Sales funnel alignment: Proven capability to design and implement content strategies that guide audiences through the entire sales funnel, from awareness to conversion.
  • Creative concept development: Strong ability to generate original and compelling creative concepts that resonate with audiences and elevate brand storytelling.
  • Clear and persuasive communication: Strong ability to translate complex ideas into engaging, easy-to-understand, and persuasive messaging tailored to target audiences.
  • Research and analytical skills: Excellent ability to conduct research, analyze insights, and solve complex problems to inform content strategy and creative decisions.
  • Team pairing: Experience using Figma and working closely with designers to ensure content and visual assets are seamlessly integrated.
  • Client & team collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to understand needs and deliver outstanding visual solutions.
  • Critical thinking & problem-solving: Identify underlying issues, break down complex challenges, propose multiple creative solutions, and assess impact on users and business.
  • Communication & presentation: Articulate and defend design decisions clearly and persuasively for varied audiences, using storytelling and strong visual communication.
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work effectively with product, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders in a context of mutual respect and shared goals.
  • Time management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to quality: Strong focus on detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, polished content that meets or exceeds expectations.

Nice-to-have:

  • Marketing and growth knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles, growth strategies, and content marketing best practices to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Previous experience working with an energy sector company in Portugal.
  • Residence in Portugal will be highly valued.
  • A good understanding of and ability to speak Spanish will be highly valued.
  • Experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • Expertise in UX Writing and Content Systems.
