We are looking for a SHADER ARTISTS (MID - SENIOR - LEAD) - to join our team in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria for an exciting new animated series.

/ YOUR ROLE:

• Participate in building procedural Shaders and Textures template in Maya and Substance Designer.
• Manage and take care of the Shading bank of the studio.
• Portray stylized textures from concepts following the look of the different IPS of the company.
• Precisely and accurately follow references, Lead and Art Direction to create the desired look.
  
• For lead positions:
  • Ensure continue formation of the Shading team
  • Dispatch the shading work to the Shading team and anticipate the recruitment needed for the Shading team
  • Daily review and approval the assets published by the Shading Team

/ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience working with Substance Designer.
• Strong knowledge of procedurals (Arnold).
• Previous experience of working in a similar role and seniority.
  
• Experience with render engines (Arnold, Redshift, etc…).
  
• Possess deep knowledge of UVs and texture layout.
  
• Possess deep understanding of PBR materials.
  
• Passionate of Animation films.

• Package Salary - to be discussed according to the candidate experience.
• Working shift: Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 16.00, Friday 08.00 to 14.00.
• Contract type: project, estimated duration 6 months.
