Hybrid Junior Marketer with a Software Corporation (German Language)

Responsibilities
  • In this role you will serve as a trusted advisor to onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns for their digital marketing advertisement
  • Detect and understand customers objectives and offer adapted solutions for their needs
  • Be responsible for increasing spend and campaign´s upselling
  • Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone call
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) and/or equivalent practical experience in a field that demonstrates transferable skills.
  • 1-2 years in sales or online advertising
  • Goal-oriented and customer-focused
  • Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills
  • Team player, adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • C2 level of German and a high level of English
Benefits

  • Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday)
  • Salary: gross/year + up to 4.290 gross/year in bonus
  • This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona
  • Relocation package including Flight ticket, Accommodation in a nice individual studio
