The Team

We're looking for a strategic, analytical Growth Marketer to support and coordinate growth initiatives across B2C and B2B channels. This role, part of the Marketing Team, acts as a key connection point between the CMO and the marketing team, ensuring initiatives are aligned, tracked, and continuously optimized. The Growth Marketer will not be the main executor of campaigns, but rather a growth enabler: reviewing performance, guiding experimentation, organizing initiatives, and turning data into clear recommendations for the team.

Tasks and Key Responsibilities

Growth & Performance Marketing (Strategy, Review & Enablement)

  • Support acquisition and lifecycle retention strategies across B2C and B2B channels.
  • Review and provide guidance on performance marketing initiatives across paid media, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Help define growth priorities and experimentation roadmaps across the full funnel.
  • Review growth experiments, funnels, and conversion optimization initiatives.
  • Turn data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for the marketing team and CMO.
  • Ensure growth initiatives are aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Manage and supervise freelancers and external providers.
CRM, Lifecycle & Lead Distribution
  • Maintain a strong understanding of CRM and lifecycle marketing flows to support and review team initiatives.
  • Work on lead distribution setup and monitoring, ensuring correct tracking and attribution within marketing systems.
  • Review lifecycle journeys for both B2C and B2B audiences and suggest optimizations.
  • Support the use of no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make) to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools (including ) to enhance marketing workflows and insights.

Webinars, Events & Partnerships

  • Coordinate and oversee webinars with lawyers as part of the growth strategy.
  • Keep track of offline events and partnerships, ensuring proper monitoring of their performance and follow-up journeys within marketing tools.
  • Support optimization of event and partnership-led initiatives based on data and insights.

Marketing Operations, Tracking & Reporting

  • Keep track of all marketing campaigns, experiments, and initiatives across the team.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are properly documented, monitored, and followed up with team members.
  • Own and maintain marketing reporting and dashboards.
  • Monitor performance across all marketing channels and initiatives.
  • Provide regular performance summaries and insights to the CMO.

You have:

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles.
  • Experience working across both B2C and B2B marketing models.
  • Background in marketplaces, e-commerce, SaaS, or consumer-facing apps (ticketing experience is a plus).
  • Proven understanding of acquisition and lifecycle retention strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and guide decisions.
  • Solid knowledge of:
  • Paid media (Meta, Google)
  • SEO fundamentals
  • Email and CRM marketing
  • Funnel optimization and growth experimentation
  • Hands-on familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio).
  • Comfortable working with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make); AI-driven tools are a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating multiple initiatives.
  • Languages: English is a must.

  • Experience in legal-tech or regulated industries.
  • Exposure to AI-enhanced marketing workflows.
  • Experience supporting event-led or partnership-driven growth.
