What You Can Expect :

We are looking for a professional with a strong focus on Controlling and Business Analysis , someone who can think critically, analyze data, and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure autonomy in monthly reporting.
  • Prepare VPM analyses and bridges without supervision.
  • Maintain consistent control of monthly forecasts.
  • Identify at least two process improvements or automation opportunities within the first six months.
  • Build strong working relationships with local delegations and cross-functional teams.
Requirements & Competencies

Technical Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills: PowerQuery, PowerPivot, modeling, and complex functions.
  • Solid experience in controlling or business analysis (minimum 3–4 years).
  • Knowledge of KPIs such as GM, EBITA, VPM, variances, and results analysis.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (data models + basic DAX).
  • Familiarity with ERPs (ideally SAP FI/CO).
  • Previous experience in monthly reporting, closing, and forecasting.
  • Advanced business English.
