Marketing & Sales Services Specialist (Barcelona)


Hybrid | Full-time | Permanent Contract

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Services Specialist
to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will coordinate and support Marketing and Sales Services operations, lead CRM activities for Spain, and ensure the delivery of impactful data-driven insights to strengthen customer loyalty and satisfaction with our brand and dealer network.

Your main responsibilities

  • Act as the
    Business Intelligence owner
    for Honda Bank Spain, managing an Excel-first setup and driving the continuous evolution towards Power BI.
  • Build, maintain, and automate reporting models in Excel with maximum quality, using Pivot Tables, Power Query (M), Power Pivot (DAX), and rigorous data controls.
  • Support the planning and monitoring of
    sales and marketing targets
    (penetration rate, volume, portfolio, campaigns, product controlling) alongside the Marketing & Sales Services Manager.
  • Develop
    executive and operational performance packs
    with clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Create presentations and statistical analyses for business reviews and decision-making.
  • Provide functional support on Marketing & Sales Services matters across Honda Bank Spain.
  • Coordinate
    benchmarking
    on markets, products, customers, prices, and competitors.
  • Manage campaign and vehicle conditions, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate
    communications, POS materials, and press-related activities
    .
  • Prepare and oversee sales processes to comply with Spanish banking regulations.

What we're looking for

  • A proactive and resilient professional with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • At least
    3 years of experience
    in a consumer credit finance company or captive environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in
    Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
    .
  • Strong data storytelling and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
  • Languages:
    Native Spanish and advanced English
    (German is a plus).
