Role Description

We are seeking a full-time International Property Consultant to join our team in Madrid, working in a 
hybrid format from our Milano's office.
Although based in Spain, this role is specifically dedicated to supporting our Italy Department, managing clients and property transactions within the Italian market.

In this position, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across
Italy
, providing expert guidance, tailored recommendations, and in-depth market insights.

Key responsibilities include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, managing client relationships, and ensuring an exceptional service experience. You will maintain consistent communication with clients, identify and develop new sales opportunities, and work both independently and collaboratively as part of an international team.

This position offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in English and Italian is required
  • Spanish is a strong plus
  • Prior experience in the property market is beneficial
