buscamos incorporar un/a
Legal & Data Protection Specialist
para reforzar nuestro departamento legal. La persona seleccionada colaborará estrechamente y reportará directamente al
Legal Counsel
, prestando apoyo jurídico integral y desarrollando una especialización progresiva en protección de datos personales (RGPD / LOPDGDD).

Funciones principales

1. Asesoramiento jurídico corporativo

  • Gestionar y coordinar las cuestiones legales del día a día, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo.
  • Redactar, revisar y negociar contratos comerciales, mercantiles y de servicios.
  • Analizar consultas legales de las distintas áreas (Finanzas, Compras, Comercial, IT, Operaciones, etc.) y elaborar informes internos.
  • Identificar riesgos legales y proponer soluciones prácticas y adaptadas al negocio.
  • Participar en la implementación y seguimiento de políticas de cumplimiento y gobierno corporativo.

2. Protección de datos y privacidad

  • Impulsar la aplicación de la normativa de protección de datos (RGPD / LOPDGDD).
  • Mantener actualizado el registro de actividades de tratamiento, contratos de encargado y acuerdos de confidencialidad.
  • Colaborar en evaluaciones de impacto (EIPD) y análisis de riesgos de privacidad.
  • Apoyar al Delegado de Protección de Datos (DPO) en tareas operativas y seguimiento de incidencias.
  • Promover la formación y concienciación en materia de privacidad dentro de la organización.

3. Coordinación y soporte interno

  • Colaborar con distintas áreas para garantizar el cumplimiento legal y de privacidad.
  • Participar en proyectos de digitalización, compliance y seguridad de la información.
  • Elaborar reportes y coordinar acciones con el Legal Counsel sobre riesgos, estado de cumplimiento y evolución normativa.

Requisitos

  • Grado en Derecho.
  • Formación complementaria en Protección de Datos, Derecho Digital o Compliance (valorable).
  • Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en departamentos legales corporativos o despachos especializados.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en derecho mercantil, civil y de protección de datos.
  • Nivel avanzado de inglés, especialmente en documentación jurídica.
  • Capacidad analítica, atención al detalle, proactividad y orientación a resultados.
