About the Role

We're looking for
motivated, ambitious professionals
who want to develop a long-term career in
recruitment,
combining people skills with a commercial mindset.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of the
entire recruitment cycle
, helping our German clients find the best IT professionals, while guiding candidates toward exciting new opportunities.

sales, customer service, or Talent Acquisition

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Source, interview, and match top IT professionals with suitable roles
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from business development to offer negotiation
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
  • Continuously develop your market knowledge and recruitment skills

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent/native German
    and good English or Spanish
  • Experience in
    recruitment, sales, or another people-focused role
    (6–12 months minimum)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious, results-driven, and eager to learn
  • Resilient and motivated by achieving success
