Solution Engineer

As a Solution Engineer at SoSafe, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagements, driving product demonstrations, proof of concept, technical consultations, and solution design. Your mission is to guide prospective customers toward adopting SoSafe's cybersecurity awareness platform by delivering impactful, tailored demonstrations that showcase its business value.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure our solutions align with market needs and customer expectations.

Location: Madrid (Hybrid)

Here's how you'll make a difference:

• Partner with the sales team to demonstrate the business and technical value of SoSafe's cybersecurity awareness platform, aligning it with customer needs.

• Drive technical discovery sessions, identifying customer problems and ensuring a tailored approach to demonstrating SoSafe's solutions.

• Deliver compelling, outcome-driven demos that highlight key features, such as behavioral-driven security awareness training, risk analytics, and phishing simulation impact.

• Provide guidance on technical integrations, including Single Sign-On (SSO) via SAML/OAuth, Entra ID (SCIM) user provisioning, Learning Management System (LMS) content integrations (SCORM/xAPI), and API-based reporting/data exports to security dashboards (SIEMs).

• Advise customers on best practices for implementing phishing simulations and human risk assessments to maximize security awareness program effectiveness.

• Assist proof-of-concept (POC) evaluations and pilot implementations, addressing customer security, compliance, and scalability concerns.

• Address security questionnaires and RFPs, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive feedback.

• Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to provide market feedback, contribute to technical enablement, and refine demo narratives.

• Establish yourself as a trusted cybersecurity advisor, helping organizations reduce human risk and strengthen their security culture through effective awareness programs.

What makes you a great fit:

• Drive for cybersecurity, SaaS, and helping businesses enhance security awareness

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required, while French is considered an advantageous nice-to-have.

• Experience in presales, sales engineering, or technical consulting

• Technical familiarity with security awareness training platforms, SaaS architecture, and integrations

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
