In Tappx we keep growing and, therefore, we are looking for new talented people to join our
Data team in our IT department.
Your mission will be:

• Manage, analyze, and exploit large volumes of data to create predictive models and provide insights and strategic recommendations that support decision-making at the enterprise level.
• Identify trends, search for behavior patterns, and build models that enable different lines of business to build new algorithms and optimize costs and margins.
• Implement and optimize reporting solutions through programming and business intelligence (BI) tools such as Looker Studio.

And, as a
Data Analyst
your main tasks will be:

• Advanced data analysis: Accurately and reliably explore, clean, and transform large volumes of structured and unstructured data from different sources to discover key patterns and insights that will drive our business strategy.
• Dashboard and report development: Design and create clear, interactive visualizations that enable business teams (suitable for all audiences) to easily understand performance and trends, as well as new findings that can be transformed into new business projects.
• Modeling and prediction: Develop statistical and machine learning models to predict customer behavior, optimize processes, reduce costs, anticipate market trends, and even detect anomalies in the data.
• Process Optimization: Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines that facilitate the automation of analysis and reporting.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (such as marketing, product, and technology) to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Communication of results: Present findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders and internal teams, translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Research and Continuous Improvement: Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of data science, implementing improvements when necessary.
• Think collaboratively about how to keep the costs associated with the Data team in check so that they remain affordable.
• I+D: We have products with different AIs that are currently on standby, such as data contextualization, video analysis, object detection, etc. If they are reactivated in the future, you will be responsible for these services.

Requirements:

We are looking for if you:

• Ideally, a Master's degree in a STEM field (Statistics, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics), or a Bachelor's degree in one of these disciplines with equivalent work experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in advanced analytics using Python and data manipulation tools such as SQL.
• More than 3 years of experience in extracting insights and developing data reports.
• Experience integrating data from various sources.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across different teams.
• Previous experience in AdTech will be considered a plus.
