Role Overview

We're looking for a Data Analyst with experience in technical data integration to enhance our data ingestion and management capabilities. This role is ideal for candidates who bring both technical skills and business understanding. You'll help ensure our platforms are powered by accurate, actionable data.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Oversee data ingestion into the Master Data Management (MDM) platform, monitor data loads, and resolve issues.
• Evaluate and integrate new data sets aligned with product and business needs.
• Support the Advisor platform and other business intelligence tools with relevant data.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams, and work independently when needed.
• Address technical tasks related to data ingestion and management.

About the Ideal Candidate

• Proficient in SQL and experienced with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and orchestration tools like Airflow or Kubernetes.
• Experience in data modeling and understanding of business needs in hospitality or travel (e.g., hotel operations, revenue management, or sales reporting).
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills, accountability, and adaptability.
• Fluent in English (required, as most team members and stakeholders are US-based).
• Familiarity with hospitality Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Certificates or boot camps in big data, machine learning, or artificial intelligence (AI).
