Rakuten TV is looking for Content Operation Graduate that are willing to work on the Operations Department helping the Team to ensure that we offer the best quality for all our content.

Responsibilities

• Review all content, from movies to FAST channels, that need to be published in our platform ensuring high quality standards.

• Be able to identify audio and subtitle errors (ie- out of sync) and understanding the issues to be able to help the Team with any possible fix. 

• Report quality control errors detected.

• Detect best Ad placements for our ad supported content (AVOD).

• Help the Metadata team contacting content providers to gather all information needed (synopsis, images, cast…) to publish the content in the platform.

Requirements

• Understanding of video / audio specs.

• Ability to work within a Team.

• Solution oriented. Hands-on and "can do attitude"

• Good judgment and attention to detail.
