Web Services Operations Project Manager

New exciting opportunity for a Web Services Operations Project Manager to join Haybury providing services to one of the worlds largest and most innovative top 15 global pharmaceutical companies to date.

Your main responsibilities will involve giving operational support to the E2E Web Service Owner on the following aspects:

  • Assessment and optimisation of web delivery processes: Confirm approach to continuous improvement based on learn
  • Support the onboarding and training process for Production Partners
  • Content owner of internal resources for Stakeholders (Sharepoint)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and promote continuous improvement
  • Optimisation of the Service Operation Tool (Jira)
  • KPIs tracking and reporting: Generate progress reports related to active projects and expected outcomes
  • Cross-functional support for other services (Creative, Digital, etc)

Looking to speak with those who have the following experience:

  • Motivated and detail-oriented person willing to learn and bring value to business
  • Studies in Project Management, Marketing, IT or business-related area
  • 5-year experience on web projects and familiarity with website production processes
  • Knowledge of IT processes (deployments, servers, etc) is appreciated
  • Experience with service operation tools, specifically JIRA
  • English proficiency and Desire to work in an international environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The role requires the ability to plan and organise work independently and remotely
  • Teamwork mindset
  • Interest in the Pharmaceutical industry is beneficial
