estamos buscando a un
Ops Specialist
, para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de operaciones en nuestra oficina de Zaragoza. Tus funciones principales serán las siguientes:
Ser uno de los puntos de contacto dentro de la empresa para nuestros mensajeros.
Realizar sesiones formativas a los nuevos repartidores.
Gestionar la documentación de los repartidores.
Dar soporte en proyectos operativos y transversales, con compañeros de FLiiTS en otras ciudades y otros departamentos.
Asegurarte de que nuestros mensajeros están siempre bien atendidos y coordinar acciones para ello: Sesiones "Focus Group", NPS, Horario de atención presencial, etc.

Valorables (Pero no excluyentes):
Experiencia en empresas de mensajería, logística o similares.
Conocimiento del entorno startup y/o entornos de alta demanda.
Conocimiento básico de Excel/Sheets, Bases de datos y herramientas analíticas.
