A leading investment management firm is seeking an experienced professional to join its growing team in Madrid. The position offers direct responsibility for investor relations and the distribution of alternative investment products to institutional investors across Europe.

The Role

We are looking for a Vice President to strengthen and expand the firm's investor relations and fundraising capabilities. The successful candidate will manage relationships with institutional investors, lead distribution initiatives, and play a key role in capital-raising efforts across the firm's investment strategies.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a solid background in investor relations or distribution to take on a senior position within a well-established and entrepreneurial investment platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and private banks
  • Drive fundraising and distribution efforts for the firm's investment vehicles, with a focus on alternative assets
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, marketing materials, and due diligence responses
  • Collaborate with investment and operations teams to ensure consistent communication with investors
  • Monitor market trends and investor appetite to inform fundraising strategy
  • Represent the firm at investor meetings, conferences, and industry events

Candidate Profile

  • Based in Madrid
  • Minimum of
    5 years of experience
    in investor relations, fundraising, or distribution within
    alternative investments, private equity, private debt, or asset management
  • Proven track record in
    distribution of financial products
    to institutional clients
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Commercially driven, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
