The Role
We are looking for a seasoned Investor Relations Manager to lead and manage investor relations initiatives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, coordinating investor communications, and supporting the team in executing strategic engagement plans. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong experience in investor relations to take on a leadership role in a growing firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with institutional investors
- Lead investor communications, including reporting, updates, and presentations
- Support fundraising and capital-raising initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless investor experience
- Conduct market research and provide insights to inform engagement strategies

Candidate Profile
- Based in Madrid
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in investor relations, preferably within alternative investments, private equity, or related financial services
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commercially minded, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
