Buscamos un
Líder Técnico Backend
para coordinar un equipo de desarrolladores y garantizar la correcta implementación de soluciones en entornos cloud. Este rol requiere sólidos conocimientos en
liquidación y dispersión de operaciones
, arquitectura
Java
, y experiencia en
AWS
. Además, serás el punto de referencia para la comunicación con stakeholders y la gestión de KPIs.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar técnicamente al equipo de desarrollo, asegurando buenas prácticas y calidad del código.
  • Gestionar equipos autoorganizados bajo frameworks ágiles.
  • Identificar requerimientos, definir alcance y estimar tiempos de proyecto.
  • Mitigar riesgos y garantizar la entrega en tiempo y forma.
  • Seguimiento del desempeño del equipo y gestión de KPIs (herramientas: JIRA).
  • Comunicación clara y efectiva con stakeholders.
  • Participar en el diseño y desarrollo de arquitecturas REST y microservicios en entornos cloud.

Requisitos

  • +3 años de experiencia en plataformas y medios de pago.
  • Conocimiento profundo de dispersión de dinero en pasarelas de pago (cargos, abonos, contracargos, saldos congelados, saldo disponible).
  • Experiencia en sistemas de medios digitales o pasarelas de pago.
  • Conocimiento del flujo adquirente y modelos Gateway y PSP (incluido PSP agregador).
  • Haber liderado proyectos al menos 2 años.
  • Experiencia en arquitecturas REST y microservicios cloud.
  • Conocimientos en AWS (valorable certificación Cloud Practitioner).
  • Dominio de frameworks Spring Core, MVC, Security, Spring JPA, Hibernate, Log4j/SLF4J.
  • Desarrollo de aplicaciones web backend en Java y arquitecturas multicapa.
  • Conocimientos básicos en CI/CD (Jenkins).

  • Liderazgo y gestión de equipos autoorganizados.
  • Capacidad para identificar requerimientos y riesgos.
  • Comunicación clara y efectiva.
  • Orientación a resultados y gestión de KPIs.
