En Distribución Directa Integral seguimos creciendo

Buscamos a una persona para incorporarse en el equipo de Compras de Distribución Directa Integral, estarás ubicado en nuestras oficinas centrales de Madrid. Tu misión será garantizar la cobertura de las necesidades de las distribuciones del Grupo Distribución Directa Integral en las mejores condiciones de precio, capacidades técnicas de los productos y servicios, solvencia del proveedor y garantías ofrecidas por éste, de acuerdo con las directrices establecidas por la Dirección del Grupo y estableciendo las estrategias concretas en sus categorías y equipos.

Las principales funciones son:

  • Colaborar en la definición de la estrategia de las categorías asignadas en el corto y medio plazo en conjunto con los compradores a su cargo y las distribuciones buscando los productos más adecuados a la Estrategia Comercial de las distribuciones y una optimización del número de proveedores del Grupo.
  • Preparar y liderar las negociaciones con los proveedores buscando el desarrollo duradero de la cifra de venta, el margen y economías de escala, buscando las mejores condiciones de compra y ofertas promocionales, vigilando a la competencia para garantizar un excelente posicionamiento en precio.
  • Controlar y actualizar la Base de Datos de Proveedores.
  • Construir un panel de proveedores por Categoría.
  • Buscar nuevos proveedores según necesidades de negocio o de la Estrategia de la organización.
  • Preparar planes promocionales de las categorías a su cargo junto a Negocio.
  • Analizar los resultados de su categoría a nivel de ventas, numérica y márgenes, así como hacer seguimiento de las acciones promocionales propuestas.
  • Promover la mejora continua de las operaciones, asegurando la implantación de estrategias y procesos de mejora continua en su operación y puesta en marcha de los planes de acción oportunos.
  • Controlar toda la gestión ERP/documental que acompaña a la compra.
  • Comunicación y colaboración con los Dptos. de Marketing, Desarrollo Comercial, DEF, Operaciones y Negocio.
  • Colaboración transversal con otras áreas del Grupo para el desarrollo de nuevos productos y la homologación de alternativas.

Requisitos:

  • Grado universitario
  • 5 años de experiencia en una posición similar
  • Valorable Formación complementaria en Compras, Negociación y Supply Chain

Habilidades:

  • Persona organizada y orientada al detalle.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y gestión del cliente interno.
  • Proactividad y autonomía
  • Buen nivel de manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel imprescindible)
