Community Manager

¿Qué harás con nosotros?

Buscamos una persona
con alma de periodista
. Alguien que sepa identificar una noticia al vuelo, que escriba con la precisión de un redactor y que entienda cómo "traducir" la actualidad al lenguaje de Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook o TikTok, sin perder el rigor. Serás el puente entre nuestra redacción y nuestra comunidad digital.

·
Gestión y Estrategia:
Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de contenidos en nuestras principales redes sociales (X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube, BlueSky y las que propongas).

·
Adaptar
las noticias y reportajes de nuestra web a formatos nativos y atractivos para cada red (hilos, stories, carruseles, vídeos cortos).

·
Priorizar y jerarquizar:
Saber qué noticia debe publicarse de inmediato (última hora) y cuál puede esperar o requiere un formato más trabajado.

·
Creación de Contenido:
Generar contenido propio (vídeos cortos tipo Reels/TikTok, infografías sencillas con Canva, cobertura de eventos en directo) que complemente la labor de la redacción.

·
Community Management:
Monitorizar la conversación, interactuar activamente con la audiencia, fomentar el debate (y moderarlo) y gestionar la reputación online del medio.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

·
Formación:
Grado o Licenciatura en Periodismo o Comunicación Audiovisual (o experiencia demostrable equivalente).

·
Habilidades de Redacción:
Excelencia ortográfica y gramatical. Capacidad de síntesis, titulación creativa y agilidad para escribir.

·
Dominio Digital:
Conocimiento profundo del funcionamiento y las tendencias de las principales redes sociales.

·
Herramientas:
Soltura con herramientas de gestión (ej. Metricool, Hootsuite, Buffer), de diseño (ej. Canva, Photoshop básico) y de edición de vídeo (ej. CapCut, Premiere Rush).
