This is the role

We are seeking a dynamic and meticulous Campaign Operations Specialist with a proven track record of at least 2 years managing Paid Media campaigns at scale. The ideal candidate will be a technical execution expert, capable of managing multiple platforms simultaneously and transforming data into concrete optimizations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about operational efficiency and results-driven growth.

This role supports the development and execution of Podimo's full-funnel marketing strategy as well as winback. The focus is on ensuring high-quality, consistent execution across paid media channels and contributing innovative ideas that strengthen performance, efficiency, and creative output.

The position requires a balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The goal is not only to ensure campaign setup and management but also to bring your own ideas to the table.

What you'll do:

Campaign Execution & Technical Excellence:

  • Plan, launch, and manage Paid Media campaigns across all relevant platforms (Meta, Google, Snap, TikTok, programmatic)

  • Manage daily budgets efficiently, making bid and budget adjustments to maximize ROI.

Optimization & Data Synthesis:

  • Conduct ongoing optimizations based on key KPIs (CAC, CTR, CVR).

  • Prepare weekly performance summaries that are synthetic and actionable, prioritizing "next steps" over extensive data descriptions.

Operational Agility & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate proactively with design and content teams to request, validate, and upload creative assets on time.

  • Utilize automation and design tools (such as Storyteq or Canva) to streamline production and asset testing.

Proactive Innovation & Growth Mindset:

  • Drive performance by identifying fresh formats and audience strategies with an "always-be-testing" mentality to improve outcomes.

  • Demonstrate curiosity for emerging tools and platforms, proactively seeking creative ways to optimize internal work processes.

This is you
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years managing Paid Media campaigns with a strong operational focus.

  • Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Knowledge of DV360, TikTok, Snap, and Google Analytics (GA4) is highly valued.

  • Resolute mindset: Someone who prefers rapid execution and small tests over complex theoretical frameworks.

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize urgent tasks (offer activations) over secondary projects.

Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus
