At Ayvens Digital & IT we have an opening for a Business Process and Operations – Enterprise Architect

What are you going to do?

The Enterprise Architect (EA) – Business Process & Operations is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient IT back-office solutions tailored to leasing operations. This role ensures that technology investments align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer experience enhancements. The EA will oversee system integration, digital transformation, and emerging technology adoption, with a strong focus on Sofico Miles, a leading software solution for automotive leasing and fleet management.
 

Key respsonsibilities:

Enterprise Architecture & Strategy

• Develop and implement an enterprise architecture roadmap optimized for leasing operations and fleet management.

• Align IT systems with business strategies, including lease lifecycle management, asset tracking, and contract automation.

• Optimize and extend Sofico Miles integration within the enterprise IT landscape by designing and deploying an Ayvens Miles templated blueprint

System Integration & Digital Transformation

• Lead seamless integration between Sofico Miles CRM, financial systems and core Ayvens solutions

• Collaborate across domains on digital transformation initiatives eg self-service leasing portals and industry standard portals

• Oversee cloud adoption and hybrid IT infrastructure strategies to enhance agility and scalability.

Security, Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure IT systems comply with industry regulations such as IFRS 16, data privacy laws (GDPR), local regulation and Ayvens group standards

• Implement robust cybersecurity frameworks to protect sensitive customer, contract, and financial data.

• Develop risk mitigation strategies to prevent IT-related disruptions in E2E leasing operations.

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic enterprise architect who thrives in complex, fast-changing environments. You are a problem solver with deep understanding of IT strategy, digital transformation and enterprise architecture. You have a strong technical foundation combined with business acumen that enables you to align technology with organizational goals.

Job requirements

• Experience: 7+ years in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or digital transformation, with experience in automotive leasing, fleet management, or asset finance.

• Certifications (Preferred): TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL, or leasing-specific certifications.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Leasing and fleet management platforms (Sofico Miles)

  • Understanding of cloud platforms and hardware infrastructure – oversight of cloud adoption & infrastructure modernization

  • API-driven system integrations and interface architecture.

  • Security and compliance frameworks (IFRS 16, SOC2 etc)

  • Data analytics and automation in leasing operations.
