Misión del Puesto: Responsable de planificar, definir y gestionar el desarrollo de la arquitectura del sistema de información en su conjunto, alineado con la estrategia empresarial, las necesidades de los departamentos de negocio y las políticas de seguridad y gestión de riesgos de la compañía. ️ Responsabilidades Principales: ? Contribuir al desarrollo del plan estratégico de sistemas de información (IS) ? Evaluar, diseñar e integrar nuevos proyectos en la arquitectura IS de forma coherente, eficiente y sostenible ? Participar en la selección de soluciones tecnológicas alineadas con la estrategia y estándares del IS ? Impulsar la innovación tecnológica con todos los actores clave (Dirección, Negocio, IT) ? Asegurar la correcta implementación de la estrategia IT y su infraestructura ? Garantizar la integración segura, continua y robusta de nuevas soluciones IT ? Evaluar el impacto de nuevas tecnologías o cambios sobre la arquitectura existente ? En Mejora Continua y Gestión del Conocimiento: ? Promover las orientaciones relacionadas con la arquitectura del IS ? Facilitar la transferencia de conocimiento, experiencias y buenas prácticas en los equipos de arquitectura Comunicar y difundir principios de arquitectura, estándares del IS e innovación dentro de las comunidades de expertos ? Entregables Esperados: Estándares de arquitectura IS definidos e implementados en toda la compañía Proyectos alineados con la arquitectura definida Medición del desempeño general de la arquitectura IS (agilidad, satisfacción del usuario, innovación, mantenibilidad, seguridad, calidad del servicio, coste) Beneficios derivados de una buena definición de arquitectura (costes evitados, reutilización de componentes) Número de excepciones a los principios y estándares de arquitectura Porcentaje de proyectos que utilizan el marco de arquitectura de la empresa Número de personas formadas en el marco de arquitectura Nivel de satisfacción del cliente interno respecto a la arquitectura ?
