Contract Manager- Industrial and Energy Projects

We are looking for professionals committed to vocational-technical work and curious about developing roles linked to Contract Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop together with the Project Manager the contractual strategy of the Project.
- Managing the contract (s), and coordinating with the Project Manager and managers.
- Implement and follow the Contract Management Procedures of the Company in the Project(s)
- Coordinate the Contract Management Team.
- Contract administration, managing the obligations and rights of the contract(s) and ensuring timely compliance.
- Interacting and collaborating proactively with the Project Team in order to ensure that the Contract(s) is(are) understood and that proper Contract Management is being performed at all project levels.
- Management of the changes. Preparing, clarifying, settling, and implementing contract variations.
- Management of claims and disputes: Preparing, Clarifying, and settling contract claims and disputes.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing contracts for large-scale projects in the Industrial or Energy sector.
- Proven Experience acting as a Project Engineer or equivalent management responsibilities in the sector.
- An Engineering Degree or equivalent.
- Written and spoken fluency in English. Other languages, would be valuable.
- Proven experience in International Arbitration would be positively considered.
- Availability to travel.
- Eligibility to work in Europe.
- Previous experience working internationally.

- Ability to persuade and communicate skills to interact with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
