Join us to electrify the futureWELCOMING YOU TO THE TEAMYou will join thePWR-T Spain team, a dynamic group of 6 professionals based in Getxo, working on semi-turnkey high-voltage underground cable projects (>132 kV). You'll report to thePWR-T Head of Projects Spainand collaborate closely with subcontractors and internal stakeholders. The role is based inGetxo, with approximately40% travelto project sites across Spain.How You Make An ImpactAs aQHSE Supervisor, you will:Manage QHSE documentation and administrative tasks for Spain Grid projects.Coordinate subcontractors and support them in QHSE matters.Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with QHSE plans.Act as site supervisor when needed, ensuring smooth execution of works.Implement and monitor quality plans, safety action plans, and environmental compliance.Report and follow up on non-conformities, incidents, and waste management.Promote Nexans policies on risk prevention, ethics, and internal control.You boost your impact by actively promoting Quality and HSE.YOUR STARTING POINTWe know the best candidates don't always match every requirement, but here's what will help you thrive:Experience in QHSE, preferably in technical or industrial environments.Strong organizational skills and common sense.Ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams.Managerial skills and credibility to lead diverse teams.Fluent in English and Spanish.Willingness to travel (approx. 40% onsite).Degree in technical areas preferred.Customer-oriented mindset and ability to promote Nexans' portfolio.OUR GROWTH CULTUREWe are pioneers of the energy transition, dedicated to delivering the highest standards of performance, united to achieve our ambitious goals.
