About Your New Role
We're looking for a Junior Financial Support to join our Finance team in Barcelona under a temporary contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas — Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, and Client Management — providing comprehensive support to daily financial operations. You'll be part of a dynamic environment where you can learn, grow, and build a solid foundation for your finance career.

Responsibilities:

  • Support accounting entries and bank reconciliations.
  • Collaborate in the review and filing of accounting and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in payment and collection processes, reconciliation of bank statements, and monitoring of transactions.
  • Help control and register supplier invoices, ensuring accurate accounting allocation.
  • Support client billing, follow-up, and issue resolution.
  • Participate in monthly closing tasks under team supervision.
  • Contribute to improving and standardizing administrative and financial processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments in gathering financial information and documentation.

What You Will Bring To The Team

  • Degree or vocational training in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • No experience is required in administrative, accounting, or financial roles — but if you bring some, it will be considered a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of general accounting and administrative management.
  • Strong Excel and office software skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced English level.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on varied tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
