Let's build wellness for millions together.What We're Looking ForWe're actively seeking an exceptional individual to be a senior member of ourFinance Systems Team. The purpose of this role is toprovide subject matter expertiseon Workday Financials in a post-implementation setting. You'll support our finance team inoptimizing Workday functionality, with a focus on the financials module.This will be ahands-on rolewith a key focus onsupporting finance transformationthrough establishing best practices and utilisation of the existing functionality of the finance system. Additionally, you'll have the chance to train and integrate Workday knowledge into our support team for ongoing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage third-party finance systems, including Workday Financial, Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Accounting Centre, Navan.Partner with the Finance team to improve existing systems and processes.Analyse and document current financial processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains within Workday Financials.Establish best practice in operation and maintenance of the finance systems.Gather detailed requirements for system enhancements and translate them into functional specifications for Workday Financials.Design, implement, and test custom reports, dashboards, discovery boards, OfficeConnect and financial processes within Workday.Manage Workday Financials data to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.Conduct end-user training sessions and create user guides and documentation to support Workday Financials applications.Manage Workday Financials releases and assess their impact on current and future business processes.Support the finance team during financial closing periods, ensuring that Workday Financials functions seamlessly to meet reporting timelines.Collaborate with the IT department to ensure proper integration of Workday Financials with other systems and databases within the organisation.Support effective operations of ITGCs over the finance systems.Education & ExperienceProven experience with Workday Financials as a Business Analyst or similar role.Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.Expertise in Workday Financials configuration, reporting, and business process design.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.Effective communication skills with the aptitude to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Experience with data privacy and financial compliance regulations.Candidate journey Recruiter call --> Meet the Hiring Manager --> Technical Interview--> Final InterviewWhy You'll Love Being Part of Welltech:Grow Together: Join a culture that champions both personal and professional growth.
