Sobre la oferta de Field Sales 



Desde Nuclio Talent buscamos un/a Field Sales para una empresa tecnológica en expansión que ofrece una solución SaaS innovadora para el sector hospitality, ayudando a negocios a digitalizar su gestión y potenciar su crecimiento.

¿Cuáles son las funciones y responsabilidades de un/a Field Sales? 



Prospección activa y captación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio con especial foco en bares, restaurantes y espacios de eventos en Madrid.

 Realizar demostraciones presenciales y prospectar nuevos establecimientos interesados en potenciar sus reservas grupales.

 Gestión integral del proceso de venta: identificación de oportunidades, presentación de la solución, negociación y cierre.

 Colaboración continua con los equipos de Customer Success, marketing y producto, garantizando una experiencia excelente en todo el ciclo de cliente.

 Representación de la compañía en visitas comerciales y eventos del sector, construyendo relaciones sólidas y duraderas.

Para destacar en este rol, necesitas:



Experiencia previa en ventas outbound o desarrollo de negocio, preferiblemente en entornos SaaS, foodtech o hospitality.

 Perfil hunter, con una fuerte orientación a resultados y alta autonomía.

 Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y negociación.

 Familiaridad con herramientas CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom…).

 Nivel nativo de español y buen nivel de inglés. Experiencia en visitas comerciales y gestión de clientes de manera presencial.
