Descripción del puesto
Como Senior Retail Lease & Partners en Room00 Group, serás responsable de gestionar los acuerdos de arrendamiento en el sector retail, así como de construir y mantener relaciones estratégicas con nuestros socios clave. Tus responsabilidades incluirán la negociación de contratos, supervisar la ejecución de los acuerdos y coordinar con diferentes áreas para optimizar el rendimiento del negocio. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo, presencial, ubicado en nuestras oficinas en Madrid.

Requisitos

  • Conocimiento sólido en Retail Sales y experiencia demostrada en estrategias de ventas y motivación del equipo.
  • Dominio en el conocimiento de productos (Product Knowledge) y en garantizar la satisfacción del cliente (Customer Satisfaction).
  • Excelentes aptitudes en comunicación y servicio al cliente para gestionar relaciones positivas y efectivas.
  • Capacidad organizativa, liderazgo y habilidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa con diferentes departamentos.
  • Será una ventaja tener experiencia previa en gestión de arrendamientos o colaboración con socios estratégicos en el sector retail.
