Descripción del Puesto

Buscamos un/a Operations Intern para un puesto a tiempo completo y presencial en Madrid. La persona seleccionada apoyará la gestión de las operaciones diarias, colaborará en actividades de gestión de proyectos y contribuirá a la optimización y mejora de procesos internos.

Además, participará en tareas de apoyo al área comercial y trabajará estrechamente con el equipo para garantizar flujos operativos eficientes y una experiencia excelente para clientes y terapeutas.

Requisitos

Fuertes habilidades analíticas, con capacidad para evaluar datos y optimizar procesos

Conocimientos básicos o experiencia en ventas

Comprensión de los principios de gestión de operaciones y capacidad para contribuir en tareas operativas

Capacidad de resolución de problemas y actitud proactiva

Haber finalizado estudios en Administración de Empresas, Operaciones o un campo relacionado

Dominio de herramientas como MS Excel, software de gestión de proyectos y sistemas CRM (valorable)

Capacidad para trabajar de forma eficaz en equipo
