Desde ALCORCE buscamos un/a Senior Data Governance & Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist para liderar iniciativas clave de gestión del dato dentro de un proyecto en Sector Bancario. La persona seleccionada será responsable de analizar necesidades, definir modelos de datos, asegurar la calidad y trazabilidad de la información, y participar en los procesos de incorporación (onboarding) relacionados con los datos de clientes.

La posición es en modalidad híbrida con sede en Málaga, y requiere de un nivel alto de Inglés.

Funciones

  • Analizar las necesidades de datos de los clientes y los distintos procesos, identificando oportunidades de mejora y posibles brechas de información.
  • Identificar y mapear los flujos de origen y consumo de datos, definiendo fuentes clave y asegurando su correcta integración.
  • Diseñar criterios y modelos de almacenamiento para MDM, incluyendo persistencia, alcance, consistencia y estructuras semánticas.
  • Definir modelos de control y calidad de datos, garantizando la fiabilidad y coherencia de la información gestionada por el banco.
  • Documentar trazabilidad, definiciones, conceptos de negocio y relaciones semánticas, asegurando una alineación clara entre sistemas y áreas interesadas.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en procesos de incorporación (onboarding) y en la gestión de datos en entornos financieros.
  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia en gobierno del dato, MDM, modelado de datos o funciones similares.
  • Inglés fluido (C1, obligatorio).
  • Conocimientos sólidos en modelado y gestión de datos, valorándose habilidades de análisis mediante SQL y técnicas de validación.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y participación proactiva, con capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y conducir reuniones técnicas.
