¿Qué harás?

  • Liderazgo del equipo.
  • Administrar, mantener y optimizar la plataforma
    CyberArk
    (incluyendo módulos on-premise).
  • Dar soporte en
    incidencias y peticiones.
  • Realizar
    upgrades, parches y health checks
    de los componentes.
  • Atender incidencias críticas y garantizar tiempos de respuesta adecuados.
  • Documentar actividades técnicas y funcionales.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con el cliente para asegurar calidad, comunicación efectiva y cumplimiento de SLA.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciado o ingeniero en Informática, telecomunicaciones o similar.
  • Contar con mínimo 3 años de experiencia en la posición.
  • Experiencia práctica en la
    administración de CyberArk
    (Cloud y On-prem).
  • Experiencia en
    gestión de incidencias y cambios.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno ágil.
  • Inglés profesional (nivel B2 o superior).
  • Certificaciones en
    CyberArk
    o tecnologías relacionadas con PAM.
    (muy valorado)
