What you will do:

• Define and manage the Salesforce product vision for Sales and Service Clouds, aligning with commercial strategy and business priorities.
• Prioritize and maintain the Salesforce backlog, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and value of all items.
• Refine and communicate the Salesforce roadmap, balancing quick wins with long-term improvements.
• Lead solution definition, functional design, testing, and successful rollouts.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and development tasks.
• Validate technical designs and propose scalable Salesforce configurations for optimized processes.
• Act as the bridge between Sales teams, Customer Experience, IT, and vendors, ensuring alignment throughout delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement by tracking platform performance and identifying optimization opportunities.

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree, ideally in Engineering, with specialization in Digital Transformation as a plus.
• 4–5 years of functional experience in Salesforce, including Sales and Service Cloud expertise (sales funnel, case management, communities, reporting, automation)
• Proven experience managing Experience Cloud sites and Salesforce administration for user profiling.
• Familiarity with API-based system integrations and agile project management using JIRA.
• Knowledge of DevOps for configuration management across environments.
• Experience with omnichannel contact-center platforms integrated with Salesforce (CTI or Genesys knowledge is a plus).
• Advanced activity reporting skills using PowerBI and Excel.
• Spanish energy sector knowledge is a strong advantage; alternatively, experience in Telco or Insurance sectors.
• Fluent Spanish (mandatory) and advanced English (preferred).
