, we are looking for a committed
Client Service Professional
with strong administrative skills who is passionate about client engagement both at the point of sale and online.

• Cross-check and match online orders with corresponding bank transfers
• Provide in-store customer service, handling sales and purchase transactions of investment gold and pre-owned gold, ensuring accurate registration in the official police log
• Release purchased gold and silver from the police register and list items for sale in our online shop
• Maintain and update our online shop to ensure accurate product information and availability
• Complete daily closing procedures, including cash register, inventory control and reconciliation of sales and purchase transactions

Your profile

• Successfully completed degree or training in economics, finance, or a related field
• Experience in sales, finance or client service, ideally in the financial, commercial, or luxury goods sector
• Enthusiasm for precious metals and investments
• Friendly, confident, and service-oriented personality with a genuine passion for direct customer engagement
• Team-oriented, eager to learn, and flexible regarding working hours, which may occasionally extend into the early evening
• Strong administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Impeccable background and credit record
• Excellent command of English; fluency in Spanish is an advantage

Atención al Cliente / Recompra

. Si te motiva trabajar en un entorno dinámico, con alto nivel de responsabilidad y atención al detalle, esta puede ser tu oportunidad.

• Reconciliar los pedidos online con las transferencias bancarias correspondientes.
• Realizar recompras de oro de inversión y oro antiguo a clientes, registrando cada operación en el registro policial.
• Cada 15 días, liberar del registro policial el oro y la plata adquiridos y ponerlos a la venta en nuestra tienda online.
• Actualizar y mantener la tienda online.
• Atender a los clientes en tienda y realizar operaciones en caja.
• Realizar el cierre diario, incluyendo el inventario de los movimientos de mercancía en compra y venta.

Perfil del candidato/a

Buscamos una persona con una marcada afinidad por las tareas administrativas, un historial policial impecable y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión de manera precisa y responsable. También valoramos la flexibilidad horaria, ya que ocasionalmente puede ser necesario atender clientes a última hora del día.

• Experiencia previa en trabajos administrativos o financieros (por ejemplo, banca o bróker).
• Conocimientos sólidos de Microsoft Word y, en especial, Excel.
• Nivel de inglés superior.
• Buena capacidad de organización y atención al detalle.
• Actitud proactiva, responsable y con ganas de trabajar.

Tanto profesionales con experiencia en el sector financiero que busquen una nueva oportunidad como personas jóvenes con motivación y compromiso son bienvenidos/as a postular.
