THE JOB

As a Sales Capability Specialist Iberia, you will support the implementation of the commercial capabilities strategy during a major transformation project. Initially focused on project and change management, the role will evolve into a position responsible for training, incentives, and performance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between Sales Capabilities, PMO, Steering Committee, and external vendors.
  • Coordinate activities, dependencies, and deliverables across streams.
  • Lead change initiatives and design communication plans to drive adoption.
  • Support the design and implementation of the new Sales Capabilities department.
  • Design training strategies and materials for the sales force.
  • Develop incentive schemes aligned with business objectives.
  • Define and implement performance systems, including corrective actions.

WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • Previous experience in consultancy or project management.
  • High proficiency in project management and effective communication.
  • Familiarity with RTM and commercial management.
  • Ability to manage complex projects in FMCG environments
