CTO
que lidere la tecnología desde dentro del producto.

Buscamos un/a
CTO muy hands-on
, con fuerte perfil técnico y mentalidad de producto.

Este rol
no es un puesto de gestión pura
: se espera que dediques una parte muy relevante de tu tiempo a
desarrollar, diseñar y pensar producto
, además de liderar al equipo tecnológico y construir una cultura técnica sólida.

Serás una figura clave para:

  • Definir y ejecutar la
    estrategia tecnológica y de producto
    .
  • Participar activamente en el desarrollo y evolución del producto.
  • Liderar y hacer crecer al equipo de ingeniería desde el ejemplo.
  • Tomar decisiones técnicas críticas en un entorno de alta complejidad.
  • Acompañar a la compañía en su fase de escalado y madurez tecnológica.

Perfil que buscamos

  • 10–15 años de experiencia
    en ingeniería de software en entornos high-tech.
  • Experiencia previa liderando tecnología y producto en startups o scaleups (CTO, CPTO, Principal / Distinguished Engineer con liderazgo).
  • Perfil técnico sólido y credibilidad frente a equipos de ingeniería.
  • Experiencia construyendo y escalando productos digitales complejos.
  • Mentalidad orientada a resultados, impacto y ejecución.
  • Capacidad de inspirar, enseñar y hacer crecer al equipo.
  • Nivel alto de español e inglés
    .
  • Motivación genuina por proyectos con
    impacto social
    .
