Your Mission
The Technical Sales Enginee
r
reports to and provides support to the CPM (Customer Program Manager) supporting project activities related to all assigned projects.
The main responsibility is to assist the CPM by ensuring continuity and efficiency in each project from start to finish, maintaining clear communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
What You´ll Be Doing
- Ensure that technical specifications are agreed upon on time for every project in the Iberia Market.
- Support the CPM – Iberia and ensure CPM processes are implemented.
- Provide support during the tender process.
- Provide support during the final delivery stage and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).
- Assist all projects with customer communication and technical interactions.
- Ensure customer and/or customer supplier requirements are clearly communicated to the Engineering team.
- Develop a trusted, collaborative partnership with PDI workshops and customers.
- Support coordination of all projects in the region and ensure effective information flow to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and properly uploaded into internal and external systems.
- Address questions and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform tasks required by the CPM for successful project delivery.
- Organize, compile and submit support documentation upon project completion.
- Submit any required information to the client as directed by the CPM.
- Report to the CPM – on all issues.
- Be capable of covering the CPM – Italy during short-term absences.
- Assist the tender team in the Iberian region
- Work under time constraints to meet strict deadlines.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in electronic system design and/or engineering for multiple projects or customers in parallel.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive sector.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English and Spanish. Other languages are an advantage.
- Proactive and collaborative approach to organizational problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering.
- In-depth understanding of circuit diagrams.
- Team-oriented, positive attitude, and ability to work well with others.
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
- Valid car driver's license.
