Hector Kitchen i
s a pioneering company in pet nutrition, committed to delivering high-quality products for pet well-being. At
Hector Kitchen,
data isn't decoration. It's the backbone of every decision—from how we sell, to what we buy, to how we keep our customers (and their pets) happy. We're looking for a
Data Analyst
who can turn complex numbers into simple insights and help every department move faster, smarter, and stronger.
What you'll actually do
- Build and maintain dashboards:
Keep the pulse of the business with clean, reliable dashboards and reports that everyone actually uses. - Lead data projects:
From "how can we improve customer retention?" to "what's slowing down sales?"—you'll own projects where data drives real change. - Leverage AI daily:
Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and discover smarter ways to work with data. - Be everywhere (without being annoying):
One day you'll help Sales spot new opportunities, the next you'll support Purchasing to negotiate better deals, or give Customer Support the tools to fix issues before they escalate. - Excel wizardry + SQL spells:
Build, clean, and analyze data until messy spreadsheets beg for mercy. - Visualise like a storyteller:
Transform raw data into dashboards and charts that even your grandma could understand. - Triple-check everything:
Because nothing kills trust like a wrong decimal point. - Unblock the blockers:
Find ways to move projects forward, even when obstacles pop up.
What we're looking for
- Experience:
Minimum 3 years in a similar role. You know what it takes to keep data clean, structured, and decision-ready. - AI mindset:
You're curious about new tools and constantly use AI to make your work faster and smarter. - Curiosity on steroids:
You don't just crunch numbers, you ask
why
. - Hands-on mentality:
You don't wait for perfect systems, you build them. - Clear communicator:
If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it enough. - Detail freak (in a good way):
Rigour is second nature—you always check your work three times. - Tools of the trade:
Excel mastery, SQL knowledge, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker… you name it). Google Analytics a plus.
Why this role matters
This isn't a "sit quietly in a corner and send reports" type of job. You'll be at the heart of business decisions, shaping strategy and execution across Hector Kitchen. From dashboarding to deep-dive projects, your work will directly influence sales, purchasing, customer experience, and management decisions.
Why join Hector Kitchen
- Impact:
Your work won't disappear in a slide deck—teams act on it. - Variety:
You'll touch every corner of the business. - Growth:
As we grow, you'll grow. This role is designed for someone who wants to become a pillar of the company. - Location:
Sunny Barcelona. Enough said. - Culture:
Fast, curious, entrepreneurial. Ideas matter more than titles.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
Start date:
January 2026.
Language:
English required. Spanish or French is a bonus.
Location:
Remote work possible depending on fit and profile.
If you're ready to make data the secret weapon of Hector Kitchen—and bring AI into everything you do—we want to hear from you.
