What you'll do:

  • Analyse complex datasets from various sources to generate impactful insights that enhance advertisers' campaign performance.
  • Collaborate closely with account executives, strategists, and campaign managers to inform client strategy and direction using data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop scalable reporting tools and metrics that deliver actionable insights to teams across the business as well as strategic leadership.
  • Work on ad hoc collaborative projects with cross-functional teams to automate analyses globally and improve internal processes.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives that scale best practices throughout the company.
  • Support the automation of analytical workflows using Python and SQL to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences through clear communication and tailored presentations.
  • Utilise Generative AI solutions to augment data exploration, automate insight generation, or create compelling analytical narratives.
  • Maintain a strong focus on business objectives while ensuring all data analysis aligns with client needs.

What you bring:

  • Fluency in both English and German is required for effective communication within international teams.
  • At least two years of hands-on experience in data analysis within a commercial or consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for solving data problems as well as automating scalable solutions across large datasets.
  • Business acumen with a proven ability to turn data insights into actionable strategies that support organisational goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to thrive as part of an inclusive team-oriented workspace.
  • Experience working within online advertising, marketing or consulting sectors is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Eligibility to work full-time in Spain without restrictions is mandatory.
