físicas y digitales de alto impacto para robustecer la notoriedad de la marca y la visibilidad de nuestra oferta de productos.

Funciones principales:

  • Definir la estrategia de negociación del producto
  • Planificación y ejecución de todo plan comercial tanto físico como digital
  • Analizar las campañas realizadas y los medios utilizados para ver la efectividad de las mismas.
  • Atraer nuevos negocios, crear relaciones y desarrollar la identidad de marca
  • Mejorar la usabilidad de la web proponiendo nuevas funcionalidades y analizar su resultado.
  • Responder a consultas de clientes y resolver quejas de clientes
  • Controlar los indicadores, informar sobre los rendimientos, y ver las tendencias del producto.

Requisitos:

  • Formación universitaria o grado superior.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en ticketing
  • Se valora: inglés intermedio alto
