THIS IS YOU
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Marketing Manager to manage Moco's Barcelona

marketing initiatives. You will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to build brand

awareness, drive visitor growth and strengthen Moco's position as a leading cultural brand in Barcelona and, by extension, across Spain. You combine creativity with a strong commercial mindset and a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will work in close collaboration with Moco Barcelona's General Manager, Moco's Founders and Marketing Director, aligning on strategy, creative direction, and brand growth across the Spanish market.

Main responsibilities are:

• Social & Digital Media: you manage the organic social strategy for Moco Museum Barcelona. You

create content together with our partners and continuously evaluate and improve the

approach to strengthen engagement and brand presence. For paid social, you support

our performance marketeers in creating, testing, and iterating on the best-performing

content to achieve the highest results.

• Influencer Marketing: you manage Moco's Barcelona influencer strategy, identifying the right

creators, negotiating collaborations, and integrating their content into the broader

marketing mix.

• Campaigns & Activations: you manage integrated campaigns that bring Moco's stories to

life, from new exhibitions and collaborations to cultural moments. You also manage the

relationship with our PR agencies to amplify the reach of activations and generate as

much buzz as possible.

• Advertising & Media: you support Moco's OOH strategy and media planning

across the Spanish market. You coordinate campaign delivery, ensuring visual consistency,

effective timing, and smooth execution. You oversee the production of marketing

materials and ensure all output aligns with our brand identity.

• CRM & Newsletters: you manage visitor communication before and after the museum

experience. Through newsletters and referral programs, you increase engagement,

repeat visits, and upsell opportunities.

• Insights, Reporting & Optimization: you ensure insights guide decisions and outreach.

You stay connected to audience trends, translating them into meaningful campaigns and

content. You monitor KPIs, evaluate performance, and manage the marketing budget to

ensure efficiency and strong results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-8 years' experience in a commercial marketing role, ideally within Barcelona's

Tourism, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Proficiency in data analysis tools and

methodologies is a must.

• Excellent knowledge of the Barcelona/Spanish market and has a relevant local network.
• Affinity with the art world.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with a keen ability to re-prioritize on

a consistent basis. Someone who's not afraid to get your hands dirty.

• Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Spanish is expected for this role. Catalan is a plus.
