Summary - Basic Function of the Role

Responsible for the commissioning of DTA machines, including support in final electrical and hydraulic assembly, machine parameterization, initial start-up, and continuous improvement. Ensures proper operation and safety of the machines before they enter the testing phase.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assist with machine startup in the workshop.
  • Support production teams with PLC and sensor parameterization.
  • Help detect wiring errors during assembly.
  • Participate in machine assembly processes.
  • Assist with machine testing procedures.

  • Knowledge of Automation/Robotics.
  • Knowledge of PLC programming using Codesys/TIA Portal (basic, at the code reading level).
  • Knowledge of industrial networks: CANopen/PROFINET;
  • Industrial Wifi deployments.
  • Occupational Risk Prevention (OHP) and a safety-focused approach.
  • Electrical qualifications, including interpretation of electrical diagrams and simple low-voltage assembly.
  • Interpretation of Hydraulic Diagrams.
