Graphic Designer
to join our mission of empowering individuals through emotional intelligence (EQ).

The unique opportunity:
We know it is hard to transition from Graphic Design to UX without "official" experience. We want to solve that. We are looking for a candidate with a strong visual foundation (branding, print, social, animation) who is eager to
learn UX/UI on the job.
You will handle our visual identity immediately, and we will teach you the ropes of Product Design, wireframing, and user experience.

This position is part of a government-funded initiative to promote innovation and young talent in R&D.

How You Will Make a Difference

You will split your time between acting as the guardian of our visual brand and learning how to build our digital product.

1. Your Core Impact (Graphic & Brand Design):

• Brand Identity:
  Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity that embodies empathy and emotional support across all channels.
• Social & Marketing:
  Create engaging visual content for social media, external communications, and presentations.
• Physical Product Design:
  Design high-quality packaging and print assets for our physical emotional intelligence cards.
• Video & Animation:
  Use your editing skills to bring our content to life (reels, short instructional clips, etc.).

2. Where You Will Grow (UX/UI & Product):

• Learn by Doing:
  Work alongside our team to translate emotional data into simple mobile interfaces.
• Design Systems:
  Learn to apply your graphic design skills to digital UI, creating buttons, icons, and layout systems in Figma.
• User Research:
  Participate in user testing and learn how to iterate designs based on functionality, not just aesthetics.
• AI Tools:
  Explore and apply the latest generative AI tools to speed up your workflow and discover innovative design solutions.

What Will Make You Stand Out

We don't expect you to be a UX expert yet. We
do
expect you to be a visual expert with a hunger to learn.

• Visual Excellence:
  2-3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Branding, or Marketing Design with a portfolio showcasing strong typography, layout, and color theory.
• Tool Proficiency:
  Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Curiosity for UX:
  You may not have worked in UX, but you are curious about it. You might have dabbled in Figma or taken a course, and you are ready to apply it.
• Video Skills:
  Experience with video editing (Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut) is a massive plus.
• Strong Communication:
  Fluent English is required to collaborate with our team.

Grant Compliance Requirements:
To be eligible for this government-funded role, candidates must comply with at least one of the following:

• Hold a Spanish or European university degree ("Grado"),
  OR
• Hold a University Master ("Master Oficial Universitario") with at least 60 ETCS,
  OR
• Hold an international university degree that has been homologated in Spain.
